The Cyclical Mother
Harness the natural rhythms of your cycle for a more aligned, connected, and rhythmic way of living.
A 4-week live program guiding mothers to work with their menstrual cycle phases for more ease, energy and connection in daily life.
You’re not imagining it.
Ever notice how some days mothering feels effortless, while other days you're barely hanging on?
It's not random. It's not just you. It's your cycle.
Your body has a natural rhythm that affects everything—your energy, your patience, your creativity, your needs. When you understand this rhythm and work with it instead of against it, you find more ease and flow in your daily life.

Introducing The Cyclical Mother
A 4-week live program designed to help you understand and embrace your unique cyclical nature—
so you can mother, work, and live in alignment with your energy, not in resistance to it.
Why this program?
Motherhood demands everything from us, every day. But your body wasn't designed to give the same energy every day.
Your cycle offers a natural framework for living—and when you honour it, you access more ease, clarity, and joy in everyday life.
This course was created to help you:
Understand exactly how hormonal shifts affect your energy, mood, and needs each week
Learn how to navigate parenting, work, and relationships through the lens of cyclical living
Build a life that honours your natural energy—reducing overwhelm and creating sustainable rhythms
This is grounded, practical work. Yes, it's deeply intuitive—but it's also rooted in physiology, with tools you can implement right away.
This is for you if..
You’re a mother who menstruates
You’ve noticed parenting feels harder at certain times but you don’t know why

What’s Holding You Back?
“I’m not that spiritual...”
You don’t have to be. This program is grounded in science and physiology. No astrology required.
“I have painful periods and don’t even like my cycle…”
This work was born from that exact struggle. When I started understanding my cycle, everything shifted.
“I don’t have time.”
You’re not alone. That’s why everything is recorded, and you can listen on the go. Ironically, learning this gave me more time—because I stopped doing everything, all the time.
“I can’t afford it.”
I hear you. But what if this saves you money, energy, and emotional strain in the long run? Sometimes knowledge is the most powerful investment you can make.
Why learn from Madeleine?
I'm a midwife, childbirth educator, and menstrual cycle educator. But before all that—I was disconnected from my cycle, constantly pushing through, and wondering why some weeks felt so much harder than others.
When I discovered cyclical living, everything shifted. I stopped fighting my body and started working with it.
Through my years supporting women clinically and my own journey through motherhood, I've seen firsthand how understanding our cycles can transform our relationship with ourselves and our families.
I'm not here to teach you perfect cycle alignment (because the perfect cycle doesn’t exist!). I'm here to share practical tools that work in the messy reality of motherhood—helping you find more ease, more connection, and more self-trust, even on the busiest days.
I'm passionate about helping mothers understand their cycles and find more ease in their daily lives—and I'd love to support you on this journey too.
Meet Our Guest, Niki
Niki, a mother of two, has been hosting yoga retreats and trainings across Thailand, Sweden, France and India for many years. She has witnessed the personal evolution of hundreds of people and is convinced that yoga's transformative power can be sparked instantly—sometimes a short immersion is all it takes for these journeys to begin.
With a longstanding interest in cyclical living, Niki adapts her practice and life to honour her cycle's phases, embodying the principles she teaches. For The Cyclical Mother, she will create four specialized practices—one for each phase of your cycle—designed to help you connect with your body's wisdom throughout your monthly journey.

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺
-
It’s delivered live across 4 weeks, with recordings provided for each session.
-
Nope! This is a foundational and practical program. Come as you are.
-
Absolutely! While I've focused my teaching on mothers' unique challenges, the information is valuable for anyone with a menstrual cycle wanting to live more cyclically.
-
If you are on hormonal contraception you MAY not feel the ebbs and flows in your energy, mood etc etc throughout the four phases as much as someone who isn’t on hormonal contraception. However, if you are wanting to learn more about your cycle in case you ever decide to come off hormonal contraception then yes this course would be valuable for you.

This isn’t about adding more to your to-do list.
It’s about tuning into what your body already knows.
You don’t need to be more productive, more consistent, or more "on top of it."
You just need to come back to your rhythm.
