  • I participated in Madeleine's workshop series this year and I cannot overstate the change it has made to the way I think about and monitor my cycle. I used to think that I could improve my physical and mental health by exercising more and cutting irritant foods from my diet. And each month I'd feel good for a while and then I would feel awful again. I'd try exercising more or cutting some other food that might be causing an intolerance. Then I'd feel good. Then awful again. The pattern never broke because unbeknownst to me, it was linked to my cycle. I learnt more about my body and my moods in Madeleine's workshop series than I had ever learnt in school or any other point in my life. This information should be taught to everyone and I can't believe I went nearly 30 years without it. I highly recommend this course to anyone who is looking to better understand their cycle and how to live a life more in sync with it.

  • Omg last night was so powerful! You've got such a beautiful way of explaining things and not over complicating. Loved the inner seasons section of the workshop omg. I'm in my inner autumn atm and totally recognised those behaviours in myself. I especially loved how you weaved in elements of spirituality and the divine feminine into the conversation yesterday too. I'm really keen to do the inner seasons workshops next and to have these conversations more openly with the women in my life. I feel like I know more about my body and how amazing it is, and to view what it is capable of doing as magical and miraculous instead of an annoyance or inconvenience.
